Future Captains | Learning Resource Management

The original LRM dashboard was non-responsive, visually cluttered, and disconnected from FutureCaptains' branding. The layout made navigation difficult, features were scattered, and users spent too much time searching for essential actions. I led a complete redesign of the dashboard experience, starting with a UX evaluation. I reorganized the information architecture, improved the navigation hierarchy, and reduced unnecessary interaction steps to create a more intuitive flow. I designed the new dashboard in Figma, aligning every component with the updated brand guidelines and Bootstrap 5.x design principles. This included consistent colors, typography, spacing, and reusable UI elements. I added new user-centric features to improve productivity, clarity, and ease of use. For development, I built the frontend using HTML, CSS, and jQuery, ensuring full responsiveness and a seamless look that matches the main website. I also used ChatGPT to help design and develop complex dashboard components, enabling faster implementation while ensuring stability and usability. The final dashboard offers a streamlined, modern, and consistent experience that improves discoverability, reduces time spent navigating, and provides a more focused learning environment.
