Hi, I’m Kughan Doss - I’m a UX Strategist and Human-Centered AI Workflow Architect with over 15 years of experience shaping design ecosystems for global consumer and enterprise products. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, design systems, and AI-assisted workflows — helping teams build intuitive, scalable, and unified experiences used by millions worldwide.
Throughout my career, I’ve led cross-functional design initiatives, architected large-scale product integrations, and transformed complex business goals into clear, user-centric solutions. I specialize in simplifying complexity through systems thinking, aligning design with business outcomes, and mentoring teams to deliver their best work.
Currently at Gen Digital (Norton, Avast, Avira, AVG, CCleaner), I lead end-to-end UX strategy across multi-platform cybersecurity products. I’ve played a key role in unifying product ecosystems, driving design consistency, and advancing AI-powered design workflows.
I also co-created Oxygen, a scalable design system that powers multiple global product suites.

Before Gen Digital, I designed for organizations like Wipro, Cognizant, Exotel, Unmetric, and Easton, where I contributed to enterprise transformations, global design systems, automation platforms, and early-stage product experiences. My background spans UI engineering, product design, visual communication, and system architecture — giving me a uniquely holistic perspective on digital product development.
I hold a Master’s in Electronic Media and a Bachelor’s in Visual Communication, along with a Design Thinking for Customer-Centric Innovation certification from IIM Kozhikode.
I’m passionate about empowering teams, advocating for accessible and inclusive design, and leveraging AI to reimagine how we create. Whether I’m architecting design systems, refining workflows, or guiding teams, my goal is always the same: create purposeful, human-centered digital experiences that solve real problems — elegantly and at scale.
