Multi-Layer Enterprise Service Blueprint Design
I worked on a large-scale enterprise project that involved multiple verticals and horizontals, each with its own functions, terminology, and data needs. To make sense of this complexity, I captured the entire ecosystem through service design, mapping how every team, process, and flow connected. The diagram I created brought all these layers together in a single view, helping everyone understand the system as a whole. By collaborating with each vertical and horizontal group, I learned their workflows and visualized how information moved across the organization. This helped me translate a highly complex structure into a clear service blueprint that all teams could align around. Once the service design foundation was in place, I transitioned into UX design and created wireframes based on the mapped flows. These wireframes helped teams visualize how the product could function and provided a structured feedback loop. We reviewed designs with stakeholders, iterated based on input, and refined the experience until it aligned with both user needs and organizational workflows.
